Women in Software is back, celebrating those shaping the future of tech. The PowerList recognises tomorrow’s leaders i.e. women at the early stages of their tech careers who demonstrate the talent and drive to shape the world. Nominees will be judged in these core areas: growth, influence and innovation.

Conditions: 
– Working in the UK
– DevOps, engineer, or data analyst supporting tech team
– Has been working in the software industry for less than six years;
– Nominations open to all under-represented genders in tech

The Changemakers List celebrates genders and organisations who support the careers of women in tech. The criteria is split into these core areas: impact, opportunity and influence.
Impact: How has this person or organisation created positive change for women in the tech industry?
Opportunity: How has this person or organisation increased opportunities for women in tech?
Influence: How does this person or organisation inspire others in the tech industry to make change?

Nominate yourself, or an individual or organisation based in the UK and in a management or mentoring capacity within the last six years.
