Campaign’s Best Places to Work 2025

Campaign has begun its annual search for the UK’s best workplaces in the media, agency, adtech and marketing sectors.

The Best Places to Work 2025 scheme recognises up to 100 employers based on what their employees think of theand the workplace benefits and practices in place for staff.

The initiative is open to entries from across adland, including the marketing divisions of brands, plus agencies ranging from ad and media to digital, design, production and PR. The programme is built to identify those employers who are doing things right and creating cultures that make employees proud to be a part of them. The awards and survey gives recognition where it’s due and provide companies with valuable feedback from their teams.

A two-stage assessment by independent research company Workforce Research Group will be carried out, after employers provide information about their benefits, policies and practices, and employees complete a confidential questionnaire on their workplace’s culture.

The winners will be grouped across different categories, according to company size, and be featured by Campaign in 2025.

Submissions by 13th December 2024

Winners will be honoured in a special publication produced by Campaign magazine in May 2025.
