CN Workforce Awards is back for 2022. Formerly the CN Talent Awards, categories have been revamped to recognise outstanding achievements of those making the construction industry and their organisations great places to work, showcase individual and organisation-wide initiatives, and improve employment practices. The awards will bring together the brightest workforce talent and recognise those making a difference in recruitment, workforce development, wellbeing, diversity, inclusion, and more. Following the pandemic’s uncertainty, it’s never been more important to recognise contributions in supporting and developing the workforce. Across 18 contested categories, they’ll recognise teams and individuals who stand out as exceptional. They’re open to entries from individuals and teams, or nominations highlighting projects, initiatives or a team that have helped contribute to a construction firm being a great place to work.
