Now in their 8th year, CRN UK is proud to announce that the Women & Diversity in Channel Awards champion not only women but also wider diversity within the industry. Now firmly on the UK agenda, but far from a solved problem, these awards aim to recognise and celebrate women and diversity in the channel to put firms and individuals in the spotlight that are not only tackling gender issues but are making diversity a priority within their businesses. Women are still well under-represented. Shouting out their accomplishments – not because they are women, but because thy are worth shouting about – can play an important role in tackling the issue.
