The Real IT Awards (RITA) are an annual event hosted by the Chartered Institute of IT (CITF). They are known for their independence and focus on celebrating team effort, recognizing innovation and outstanding performance. Encompassing four categories – Organisational Awards, Project Awards, Individual Awards, and Special Awards – they are marking their 20th anniversary. In that period, having attracted 100s of submissions, hosted 1,000s of people, survived a global pandemic, and weathered economic downturns, RITA has something to shout about.
