Celebrating their 28th year in 2023, the UK National Contact Centre Awards are the longest running and the most highly respected programme in the UK. Why? Because when you win, you have really deserved it. Organised by CCMA, they recognise the best talent in the industry. Judges are looking for individuals and teams who are role models, inspire others, and deserve recognition. Open to all UK-based contact centres, nominees go through face-to-face interviews, panel judging and site visits. Many past winners are at senior management, board level, or part of the judging panel.

Finalists announced on 21st March 2023

Judging will take place in April and May 2023

Awards ceremony: 19th June 2023

Free to enter for CCMA members. Entry fee required for non-members (first award = £249.00; subsequent = £100.00)
